I’m a master tailor and haute couture specialist with nearly 40 years high level experience in London’s Savile Row community; the global home of high quality, hand-crafted garments for men and women.  

I left a banking career in 1988 and moved from the US to London in order to pursue my passion for the art of bespoke tailoring, and never looked back.

At my studio in Central London I host an exclusive list of high profile clients, and have received commissions for leading organisations including the Royal Opera House (Covent Garden) and the Metropolitan Museum (NY). You can find more about my work here.

I Never Learned to Sew is an idea born from decades of listening to my clients say, “I wish I’d learned to sew.” This ignited my passion for teaching, mentoring and problem solving with others.  Over the past five years, with my team, we have worked hard to develop an accessible, comprehensive online format to provide guidance for a global community of stitchers at all levels.  Watch the video to learn more.
